Everyone loves watermelon. It’s sweet and juicy. And it’s a perfect resemblance of the Spring and Summer seasons! So, when Nakieshia said about a Watermelon first birthday session, I knew it was going to be a perfect way to celebrate Aubriella’s Spring birthday! They came into the studio with balloons and big smiles! Aubriella’s outfits were perfect. Her balloons were adorable. And she was a champion at getting her picture taken! The sweet watermelon theme couldn’t have been better because it was a celebration for a sweet little girl.

She picked it up every chance she could. But for some reason, she enjoyed chewing on the green rind of the watermelon instead of the juicy pink part! It didn’t matter what she was eating. She was adorable doing it all. She sat there so perfectly in her adorable watermelon romper. However, I think her favorite part was when Nakieshia took the romper off and put her in the water basin. She delicately swished the watermelon chunks around and happily splashed in the water. And again, chewed on the green rinds of the triangle pieces! I could have watched her explore and play for hours!

This was my second time with Nakieshia, and I enjoyed every second of it. Her down-to-earth vibe is calming and let’s be honest – she produces adorable kiddos! Aubriella is such a blessing to her family, and her family is a blessing to me. Nakieshia, thank you for reaching out to me!
